I spent a while mulling over whether to try my hand at learning to ride. Before meeting Steve I’d never even sat on a bike so I had no idea what to expect. I was lucky enough to have one to one training through almost all of my time with Steve and to be honest I probably needed it! Steve know’s his trade and when it comes to bikes your looking at a man with decades of experience and many successful passed students to his name. I had a lot of trouble with the MOD1 and slow manoeuvres in the early days but thankfully Steve is a patient fella and will stick with you even if (like me) you think you haven’t got it in you. In fact if you don’t buy that, Steve trusted me enough with his brand new Honda NC750s to get me through my training and to get the best out of me. Thanks to Steve I was always at ease and really enjoyed the course. If you like bikes, cups of tea, and mutton chops, Steve’s your man! The short story is, I went from knowing literally nothing about bikes to one minor on my driving test. I’m now comfortably riding a GSX1250 up and down the A12 with a smile on my face.
